What types of cars do you have available?
We have thought about everything! Since some roads near hotels can be bumpy, it's recommended to drive with SUV-s, this is the reason we do not offer any sedans. We offer different marks from Nissan to Toyota, to ensure a seamless car rental experience in Zanzibar.
How much does it cost to rent a car?
Charges start from local driving permit, which costs $10 per driver.
Daily rental car prices stay between $30-$50, depending on the car and offer, making it a competitive option for those seeking a cheap car rental in Zanzibar!
Are there any additional fees?
This is a simple question and the simple answer is NO!
All fees as local driving permit, car renting fee, extra hour fee are all marked at the end of booking. In Terms & Conditions you will find the exact cost of misstreating the rental agreement.
Car pick up and collecting from Zanzibar Airport, Zanzibar Ferry Port and Stone Town costs you nothing! In case you would like the car to be delivered and collected from your hotel or private houseing it will cost you $15/ one way, we deliver on all locations all over the island.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes, our minimum rental period is 24 hours, ensuring flexibility for those looking for short-term car hire in Zanzibar.

Are there any age or other restrictions on who can rent a car?
You have to own driving lisence and be at least 21 years old, with at least 2 years of driving experience!
Don't forget that Zanzibar traffic is left sided, so it might take a day if you are used to right handed traffic.
Are there any discounts or promotions currently available?
Discounts and offers depend on season and volume!
At the moment you can find all rentals 10% off on all car rentals in Zanzibar offered by ourcompany, with code HOLIDAY10. Also booking your rental more than 10 days, you recieve discount $5 every day!

Are insurance and roadside assistance included in the rental cost?
Yes! Roadside assistance and full insurance is included in renting price for all cars.

What are the fuel and mileage policies?
All vehicles have a minimum amount of fuel at the commencement of the period and should be returned in the same state. If you return the vehicle part full, you will not be reimbursed for fuel at the end of the period. Rental does not include any fuel allowance unless specifically agreed with us in writing before the commencement of the rental period.
